Simply Grace Aesthetics & Wellness was born out of a simple but powerful belief — that everyone deserves to feel confident, healthy, and truly well.
Founded in August 2023 right here in Dimmitt, TX, Simply Grace was built to bring clinical-grade wellness and aesthetic treatments to our community in a space that feels warm, welcoming, and personal. We're not a big-city med spa. We're your neighbors — and we take that seriously.
Every service we offer is rooted in medical expertise and genuine care. From IV therapy and wellness injections to aesthetic treatments and weight loss support, our goal is to meet you where you are and help you feel your best — inside and out.

Karis Farris, RN, BSN - Owner
I'm a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Texas A&M University (2014). In August 2023, I opened Simply Grace Aesthetics & Wellness with one goal: to help people in our community feel their best through safe, effective wellness and aesthetic treatments. Outside of work, I'm a wife to my husband Zane and mom to our four kids — Jett, Kannon, Kree, and Kap. This business is truly a passion project, and I'm grateful every day to serve our community.
Dr. Jeremy Drollinger, MD - Medical Director
I'm a life-long Texan, married to a beautiful wife, and proud father of two boys, Grayson and Maverick. I've been involved in medicine since I was 16 years old — starting as an EKG Technician and later working in emergency rooms including a Level 1 Trauma Center in San Antonio. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology and Spanish Studies from Texas Lutheran University, attended medical school at St. George's University in Grenada, and completed my residency at UTMB Galveston in Pediatrics — though I enjoy working with patients of all ages. I look forward to being a part of your healthcare journey.

Good Faith Exam
All patients are required to complete a Good Faith Exam annually. This exam is conducted through our secure Docovia portal and carries a $25 yearly fee. The Good Faith Exam must be completed before beginning or continuing certain services, so we recommend completing it as early as possible to avoid any delays in your care: Complete Your Exam
